Rob Owen lands a 27-14 from Cherry Springs

Our good friends Gary and Rob Owen have been staying with us this week and enjoying themselves on Cherry Springs. Dad Rob has caught a number of Carp from the far margin including a new PB Carp of 27-14. Both this and a cracking fully scaled Mirror of 18-08 were caught on the Cherry Lakes Bio-Fruit boilies.

They followed Jay Bowyers into Kingfisher Lodge who reported a return of eight Carp last weekend including this 17-11 Common below. He also sent me a great action shot which I have also included below.It is enough to make you want to go fishing!
