Cherry Springs delights Dave Reynolds

Dave Reynolds and his lovely wife Julie, are regular visitors to Cherry Lakes. On this visit they thought they would give Kingfisher Lodge on Cherry Springs and go…..and they are delighted they did so.

Fishing in a very relaxed way, which meant a fair amount of time eating out etc, Dave landed 10 Carp over a few days as well as losing a couple of good ones on the way to the net.

Dave reported that Pink pop ups over a good bed of bait was the successful method. Of the ten Carp landed eight were over doubles with the largest going 18-04. I am not sure of the weights of the two Carp below but these were typical of the Carp caught. Dave said they were all in tip- top condition…which is good to hear.
